Codept grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use products sold on the codeptsolution.com website by the following terms and conditions.
Product Delivery
As soon as your payment has been confirmed, Codept Solutions will email your membership information within 24 hours. In case you have not received an email from us, please contact us at codeptsolutions@gmail.com. We will resend your account information manually. As soon as you receive the email with your account information, you have immediate access to our member’s area or my account area.
Support
Support will not be provided for third-party plugins/module/extension. Support will not be provided for customization of theme layout beyond those customization options introduced by the theme through the theme options panels. We provide paid customization services (subject to feasibility). Please submit your requests for customization on default coding or CSS via email to codeptsolutions@gmail.com
Refund Policy
In the event that you purchase one of our plans or product and you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a refund up to 14 days following your purchase by sending us an e-mail at codeptsolutions@gmail.com containing your Transaction ID. At the expiration of the 14-day period, you understand and agree that no refunds shall be available.
In case of you any issues or conflict with your website or theme, you must allow enough time and information to fix the issue, fail to provide such information and without your co-operation its not possible to fix issues and in such case refund will not be possible.
No refunds will be given except in cases where the purchased product does not perform correctly on your hosting provider’s servers. Such server issues must be reported to us and that we are given reasonable time to attempt to provide a fix, where possible. Another exception is the license revoke by Codept Solution.
Privacy Policy
Any information submitted by the buyer/user will be used solely to complete the transaction, deliver the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues.
Warranty
Codept Solutions does not warranty or offer any form of guarantee for our themes, plugins, extensions and materials available on this site. Browser compatibility should be tested by viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the product. Nor do we guarantee that they will function or appear the same in all web browsers. We do NOT guarantee that our products will work with all third-party extensions. Codept Solutions are developed for and support whichever the latest WordPress version is at the time of development. Codept Solutions cannot under any circumstance be held liable for the loss of data or profit arising from the inability to use themes, plugins, extensions and materials from this website.
