At Codept Solutions, we want you to be fully satisfied with the products and services you purchase from us.

- If you have attempted to resolve issues with Support staff, and still feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
If you’re requesting a refund, we’d be grateful if you would let us know why. We truly want to know how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request when you contact us.
In case of you any issues or conflict with your website or theme, you must allow enough time and information to fix the issue, fail to provide such information and without your co-operation its not possible to fix issues and in such case refund will not be possible. No refunds are provided after 15 days of your date of purchase.
- No second refunds are provided if you have already received a refund for the same item/product once before.
- No refunds are provided for more than 3 different items/products. A maximum of 3 items/products in your purchase history on Codept can be refunded.
- No refunds will be given except in cases where the purchased product does not perform correctly on your hosting provider’s servers. Such server issues must be reported to us and that we are given reasonable time to attempt to provide a fix, where possible.
- If you’re outside of the 15-day return policy, we will not accept returns or refund.
- Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation and customization services. In addition, once you use our free installation service offer, in such case refund will not be possible.
- You are requested to check the demo/documentation/feature list before purchasing any product as Refund for the feature which is not available in the product, will not be considered for Refund Reason.

Payment of refunds
Your request will be processed and refunded automatically to your credit card or original method of payment. This generally takes up to 20 working days since your request has been approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially issued. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us. Thank you for purchasing our products or services.
